Honest Full-Yard Loads. Transparent Pricing. No Guesswork.

At Mulch & Stuff, every material is measured using true 1-cubic-yard CAT buckets — not undersized or modified scoops. That means the price you see reflects the material you actually receive, whether you’re buying mulch, rock, sand, or soil.

ARE YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVING THE CUBIC YARDS YOU'RE PAYING FOR?

Many customers compare price first.

Few verify whether they are receiving the same cubic yards of material.

A lower advertised price does not automatically mean a lower project cost.

IS THAT REALLY A CUBIC YARD?

A cubic yard is a defined quantity: 27 cubic feet.

But can you tell how much a loader bucket actually holds just by looking at it?

CALCULATE YOUR REAL COST & CUBIC YARDS OF MATERIAL

Use this calculator to estimate how many true cubic yards of mulch or rock your project actually requires, and compare an honest full-yard CAT bucket from Mulch & Stuff of Ormond Beach to the “short-load” yards many suppliers quietly use.

This tool helps you see your real material cost, apples-to-apples, before tax and delivery—so you can make an informed decision and avoid paying more for less material.

What your project actually needs

–

This is the true amount of material your project needs, based only on your area and depth — measured in real cubic yards.

The number of yards you’re used to buying down the street:

–

Here’s what you actually should order

–

Because material is measured in real cubic yards, you can order with confidence knowing you’re buying exactly what your project needs.

Why the numbers are different

–

Because they load with a smaller bucket, each “yard” contains less material — which is why you end up needing the extra yards shown above.

Why Customers Switch to Mulch & Stuff

Many of our customers come to Mulch & Stuff after a frustrating experience elsewhere — projects that needed “just one more yard,” coverage that didn’t quite work out, or costs that crept up after multiple trips. Contractors tell us the inconsistency slows jobs down. Homeowners tell us it creates doubt about what they’re actually paying for.

What they notice here is consistency. Loads that match expectations. Coverage that works the first time. Pricing that makes sense without second-guessing measurements or doing mental math at the job site. When every yard is a true, full cubic yard, planning becomes simpler and results become predictable.

That confidence is why customers stay — and why many tell us they won’t go back once they’ve experienced honest, full-yard loads.
