Refund Policy – Mulch and Stuff by Smart Choice

Location: Mulch and Stuff by Smart Choice, Ormond Beach, Florida

All Sales Final on Bulk and Bagged Materials
Due to the nature of bulk landscape materials (including mulch, rock, sand, soil, and related products), all sales are final. Once bulk or bagged materials have been picked up from our Ormond Beach depot or delivered to your job site, there are no returns and no refunds.

Order Cancellations (Before Pickup or Delivery)

If you need to cancel an order, you may do so for a full refund provided the order is cancelled before materials are loaded for pickup or dispatched for delivery.

Deliveries That Cannot Be Completed On Site

If our driver arrives and is unable to safely dump or place materials on site for any reason (including, but not limited to, access issues, safety concerns, or customer refusal), the following will apply:

• The delivery charge is non-refundable.
• You may receive a material credit only, minus a 20% restocking fee, provided the material can be returned to our depot undumped.

By placing an order with Mulch and Stuff by Smart Choice, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy for all bulk and bagged landscape materials.
