Mulch and Stuff by Smart Choice reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including cases involving suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.

3. Product Availability & Pricing
All products and materials are subject to availability at our Ormond Beach location. Prices may change at any time based on supply, transportation costs, or market conditions.
Certain products may be offered exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Bulk materials, bagged materials, and special-order items are non-returnable. All sales are final once pickup or delivery has occurred.
4. Online Orders & Payments
Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides our secure e-commerce platform. When placing an order through our website, you agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information. Orders may be cancelled if incorrect or incomplete information is provided.
Payment information is encrypted and processed securely through Shopify’s payment system. Mulch and Stuff by Smart Choice does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
5. Cancellations & Final Sales
A full refund will be issued if an order is cancelled before pickup or delivery. After materials have been picked up or delivered, all sales are final due to the nature of bulk landscape materials.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues, obstructions, unsafe conditions, or customer error, only the material cost may be refunded—minus a 20% restocking fee. Delivery fees are non-refundable once the truck has been dispatched.
6. Website Modifications
We may update or change any part of our website at any time, including product details, pricing, or service offerings. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Mulch and Stuff by Smart Choice is not liable for damages arising from:

- Customer-provided measurements or estimates
- Improper installation or handling of materials
