For bulk material deliveries (considered 1 cubic yard or more), a minimum requirement of 3 cubic yards applies.
Our delivery minimum is 3 cubic yards within a 5-mile radius of Ormond Beach, starting at $50.
For bulk material deliveries (1 cubic yard or more), a minimum requirement of 3 cubic yards applies to qualify for a $50 delivery fee ($65 for 2 cubic yards, $80 for 1 cubic yard).
Additional fees apply for orders over 10 cubic yards or outside the radius.
Customers must provide suitable offloading sites and report road bans.

Due to potential circumstances, additional equipment may be necessary to place materials in specific locations onsite, incurring extra fees.
Our delivery vehicles are restricted from leaving state, county, or municipal streets and won't cross sidewalks or curbs. Our drivers will deliver to the edge of the traveled portion of a street/roadway, with final placement determined by the delivery driver.

There is a 2 pallet minimum requirement that must be purchased to have us deliver it to you.
Yes. Sod orders must be canceled no later than 12:00 noon the Wednesday preceding the Friday pickup day. Please contact us before Wednesday at 12:00 noon to cancel your order, as the sod is custom-cut for each order at the sod farm. We will be unable to issue any refund if your order is not cancelled by Wednesday at 12:00 noon.
