- ⏱️ Easy drive-in, drive-out yard layout — no tight turns, no blocking, no backup hazards; fast, smooth in-and-out loading.
- ⚠️ We may decline loading if a vehicle or trailer appears unsafe or overloaded.
- 🔧 Customers are responsible for securing their load before leaving the yard.
Delivery Details (Quick Overview)
- Delivery starts at $70 for 10 driving miles from our Ormond Beach yard.
- Minimum for the $70 rate is 3 cubic yards.
- We can deliver less than 3 cubic yards — additional delivery charges apply.
- Larger orders may require multiple loads depending on material type.
- Our driver must stay on driveways or other hard surfaces capable of supporting the vehicle.
- If placement is unsafe, materials will be offloaded in the closest safe location.
- Special placement requests may require additional fees and a signed Property Damage Waiver.
